The AP1 Single Phase Simplex control panel is used to operate a pump for demand dose sewage applications. Comes in 120VAC, 15 Amp, and a Type 3R (outdoor) enclosure. The control panels include a pre-installed pump receptacle for pump connection, fused alarm circuit board to protect control/alarm circuits. The incoming and pump power must match system voltage with conduit connections (required) per local codes. Refer to included electrical schematic for complete wiring and voltage information.
As the liquid level rises activating the pump switch, the pump will start and continue to run until the pump switch is deactivated to complete the pump cycle. If the high level alarm switch is activated, the beacon will illuminate and buzzer will annunciate. If the alarm silence pushbutton is pressed during an alarm condition, it will silence the buzzer while the alarm beacon remains illuminated. The alarm condition will reset when the high level alarm switch deactivates and the system will auto reset for the next alarm cycle. Test alarm once a month to ensure system integrity, press/hold the alarm test pushbutton, the beacon should illuminate and buzzer should annunciate.
