• Cap Screws – Hydrants have 3/8″ x 5/16″ self-locking socket head cap screws, and are assembled with a locking sealant for a strong head to pipe hold
• High-Quality Galvanized Pipe – 1″ extra heavy pipe on the outside and galvanized pipe on the inside for corrosion protection
• No Exposed Threads – No exposed threads on inside or outside pipe to rust
• Cast Iron Body with Stainless Steel Sleeve – Enhances the seal life of the plunger
• Solid Brass Plunger – 3 ethylene-propylene quad ring seals, self-lubricating and never come out of adjustment, and withstand higher pressures
• Swivel Parts – Permit withdrawal of all moving parts without digging up the hydrant. A 3/16″ hex key will allow disassembly of hydrant by removing two cap screws and pulling up inside pipe with a plunger for inspection
